We want you to love your Rare Beauty products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Start Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid UPS return shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, include the packing slip, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location near you.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
